Dr. Eftimie Andra- Elena is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and has acted as an Assistant Lecturer at the Romanian – American University, School of Law until 2018. 

She holds a PhD in Law specialized in labor law, a master’s degree in Business Law, and since 2015 is a member of G.A.J.E `Global Alliance for Justice Education`. 

Andra has extensive experience in civil, administrative and debt collection litigation. She provides advice to clients on commercial law and in project based public-private partnership, Andra has acted as a consultant for various foreign entrepreneurs and local authorities, and in assisting clients in mediation or negotiation of contracts and transactions. 

ndra has gained a remarkable expertise in assisting clients in commercial and administrative litigations, in asset recovery and/or negotiations with debtors and creditors and she is entrusted by the clients to provide the best advice in commercial transactions; she has proven successful in handling assignments in a wide range of sectors, such as real-estate, services and retail
